AION making moves! Can it break the down trend?

AION seems to have hit bottom and get a bounce towards the up side. If we can break the 2820 stat level i would consider myself bullish on AION.
Retracements-Resistances levels 0003099 and .0003650 (Green Lines). Its risky with BTC being unstable.
