@Real007, good news for the ERJ, briefly looked at their performance, the company didn't perform well in the last years, probably the management of the company worked badly so not a surprise for the takeover. It is also worth to mention that ERJ is specializing in aerospace and defense products that is an interesting stake for Boeing.
