This is an updated chart showing the termination of the dual long short trade that goes into uncertainty on the 10th of December, surprisingly the same day futures begin trading at CBOE..
We've been long since the bowels of this beast and our stops are raised to the new axis $11395 !

personally I am betting on $10.7 being revisited and if not 11.3k the axes of two perfect LBs I spotted !
I am also prepared to accumulate down to high 1ks if shorting this market gets completely ballistic ! Back up the '81Corolla baby (my truck)

Basically for now I have set a buy in at 10.7 and a sell at 11.3 if the buy goes through.. old school dead cat bounce trade.. otherwise hold dollars until 6.5/7.3 k before entering again..

Thanks for the guidance, my first trade on here, so was epic to see that kind of foresight. One question though, the mammoths, snake bites, lightning bolts, mighty mice etc, those obviously are nicknames you use for certain trends... Where can I get an idea of what they are when you refer to them? My background is engineering so I have no idea what you're referring to when you use those, but I would like to educate myself.

Basically, to get you started, I realised no one had taken the most simplest view of the charts yet and documented statistics on it.. Think of one wave length when reading left to right.. a sine wave length.. so the Heartbeat is defined as (left to right), having a price axis it goes up to a max then down through the axis to the min and returns to the axis. It's inverse is the Mighty Mouse that (left to right) goes down from the axis and up through the axis to high and returns down to the axis..
Textbook is that the max to min occurs in "pipes" (refer to the encyclopedia of chart patterns) i.e. it is rapid and looks like a electrocardiography display with a flat line either side.. they are symmetrical i.e. their axis in time is crossed exactly on their center and also the max and min are symmetrical about this axis.. They are the weapons to look for, the footprints of "smart money"..
Asymmetric Heartbeats and their inverse are another kettle of fish..

Then using Volume we split the Heartbeat and the Mighty Mouse in two making 4!
basically we consider a volume distribution as either volatile or stable.. this is done by measuring min volume and max volume.. if max volume Vmax > 2 x Vmin min volume we consider that volatile.. A PVH (Polar Volume Heartbeat) is a Heartbeat (up down up) with flat, un-volatile volume and a PVMM (Polar Volume Mighty Mouse) is an inverse heartbeat with a volatile volume. Making a volatile volume Heartbeat textbook and an un-volatile Inverse Heartbeat (Mighty Mouse) a textbook Mighty Mouse..

It starts to get complicated with Lightning bolts because they are basically "Fat" Heartbeats, i.e. not textbook "Pipe" candles in the center

@Benjamix, I did some reading and still have a massive amount to cover, but this has already been very helpful. At least now I understand pipes, and PVMM and PVHB's as well as LB's to some extent.
One question, you basically identify the first half of the MM which then lets you anticipate the second half allowing you to cash in?
I invested way to little to triple my salary, but have been able to double my R12 000 investment in a week which is close to my monthly salary. so thanks!
