I believe there's a real possiblity BTC is following the same path as in its original 2013/14 bubble on a mega scale.

Try this for a revelation - the first bubble of 2013 (Jan-April), not the second. Why?
Because this was the bubble that came after the last halving, which also happened towards the end of a huge bear market for Bitcoin.

@BRRD, I'm not in any way saying the same forces are in play as with the first bubble, for one, neither India nor Venezuela was having a war on fiat currency at that time but they are now. As you mention, new BTC is becoming more scarce at the same time demand is increasing and not every BTC is on the market for purchase at any given time, I know some peeps that have been holding since near the low point two years ago. Things are without a doubt different than with the first bubble but the FOMO can come yet to produce another bubble mirroring the first on a more grand scale. Many more people are in BTC compared to 2013/14 and new supply is decreasing, don't underestimate the power of that.
