Here is a simple Ichimoku analysis for BTC. The indicator is best used to identify trends, but can be very useful for finding support and resistances as well. You can see how the price closely respects the cloud.

I have been reading up on the Ichimoku Cloud. Its an interesting instrument. Im using it on NEO and its giving me the same cloud as BTC. It looks like BTC is the master puppeteer for all the alt coins. Who has the strings on BTC is the question?

@Quantum.vapour, The cloud is a wonderful tool when combined with other indicators. I always know where BTC is heading before taking any crypto trade. For now BTC rules them all! Take care and happy trading~

@Pyr09903, I use the bollinger bands, Known Sure thing and trying to understand the Ichimoku and then look at the order book. I think solar flares next! lol. This is crazy. The social FUD factor is not an instrument yet.

@Quantum.vapour, LOL, there are so many indicators to choose from and it appears they all work. The important thing is to find what works best for you and gives consistent results. Learning too many indicators will definitely slow you down.
