not quite a fail yet , hidden rule on head and shoulders is that the right and left shoulder after it forms can fall or rise the distance of the head before correction to the pattern completion itself so in this case the ihs isnt failed until we hit sub 8300

I wouldn't give up the breakout above the neckline. At least it would give us the momentum to overcome some important overhead resistance and be back above the long term trendline. But we need to see how things evolve.
