Errr... usually when a big psychological barrier is reached we can see a fast rally up to the next one, no? Shorting now seems a bit risky to me.

@Petronius, people are scared of the bull trap that may lurk around 10,300-10,500, I would say. You wait until people think the 10k barrier is done with and they start throwing money in, then BOOM. Not saying it will happen, but anything is possible in this market. I’d say if we had a downturn it would actually happen north of 10k a bit, not at 10k exactly.

@Petronius, Agreed I think the market is exuberant right now; I wouldn't be shocked to see 11k before any sort of pullback. It's funny how people get excited about buying when the price is up. lol.
