how can it possibly go further up and breaking another ath unless it makes a major correction ? since it has been over pumped we knew this was gonna happen but btc has defied every logic and is fighting off major resistances outside in the news mainly they try everything to slow it down and stop but a result of this it will expand further , I think we are going to have to get used to it turning bullish at every corner until it's off the hook and its technology becomes the hype rather than btc itself , don't you think? I prefer projects like emc2 and their crew , lisk ,verge , dash , litecoin strat decred and I think that they have a solid base for a long term and healthy future , what is your opinion if I may please ask ?
GRATE ANALYSYS! I thnk BTC is not overhyped (because it has he fastest transaction times, lowest fees, most miners [and minors], biggest market cap, most exposure, and John Mcafee endorses it [he's a genius and not a murderer]).
So EMC2 and LISK can jump off a bridge; I'm specifically trading BTC. And I'm shorting it because the top analysts on TradingView agree with me and Trump is making prices ago down on the S&P because he wants to test America's economic resolve (just to make sure the economy isn't cucked).

@BrianCT, The fastest transaction times and lowest fees??? Do you know what you're talking about? lol. Bitcoin Cash beats BTC in both those areas no contest. But that's not the reason BTC will remain king. It's the demand that is unshakable. If the demand dries up so does BTC.
Okay genius, answer me this: Why would BTC's demand be unshakable if it weren't for some underlying, fundamental aspect of BTC that was intrinsically valuable? Are you seriously implying that BTC's $14,000+ value is exclusively predicated on the uninhibited greed of rabid speculators (like myself)? If so, what makes you think these speculators are competent enough to bet on your favorite coin (aka the coins you think are better than BTC)?

@BrianCT, you should probably read up on these technologies. The answer is yes, BTC's value is driven by the demand and greed of people wanting it to go higher so they can buy more and profit from it. It is the first kid on the block. The billions of people who are just catching on to crptocurrencies now only know what Bitcoin is... not Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Iota, NEO, ect. I'm not saying that BCH is taking over, but saying the reason for BTC's growth won't be because it's a better coin. That's just false on every level. We will never use BTC as a currency, it can barely handle the volumes this weekend at these levels. People were waiting 12 hours for confirmations and some transactions are still unconfirmed. BTC is obviously having scale-ability issues. As for the digital gold theory, this is where BTC will probably find it's place. As long as people want it the price will go up.
I completely agree. Bitcoin is the best coin (based on speculator valuation and BIGGEST MARKET CAP). It's unfortunate that speculators determine value based on rationality, utility and efficiency -- if they didn't, you would be correct.
