IMO: in this setup, you will enter long and won't reach the target.

By measure distance between the low of 2017-11-12 07:00 and the 50% level of Fib Ret, then project the same distance to the breakout 6750 (higher than the price at 50% level). It is roughly about 7400 where you found the downward trend line starts on 2017-11-08 21:00
