Price Action should go to $51-$53 per share by EOY, or yellow area on chart. Couple of insiders bought 25,300 shares on 11/6 & 11/8. Rumor of a possible private equity buyout similar to Panera, watch options market very closely.
Attention dividend hunters! The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NASDAQ:CAKE) will be distributing its dividend of $0.29 per share in 3 days time, on the 28 November 2017, and will start trading ex-dividend on the 14 November 2017. I like CAKE for a possible buy option for rest of 2017.
Hi! I'm a beginner learning technical analysis and if you don't mind me asking, by saying "watch options market very closely" -> how could I relate the options market to the stock price of CAKE? :) Thanks!

@jwjwwjwww, if a lot of INSIDERS of CAKE are buying call options then price action go up. Being on selling side of options is best ( think of being either banker or casino- they do not loss). Safest was to make money on stocks & options is to buy 1 contract of stock ( which is 100 shares) and then SELL a covered call option above current price action 30 days to 60 days out. What is end result, you collect a premium now to go back into your account and profit, if price action hits your option price (above current PA). Then if PA is hit,someone else will buy your option and you will sell your 100 shares. You can always, get out of deal by doing reverse. Good Luck with trading.
