CSCO is a slow mover but going to add to trade b/c potential looks to about $34-35 w/ downside limited to 31.50 ish making this 1:1.5-3. Technicians might note stock is over 200 day moving average so trend change possible.
The way stock is acting ...looks like it has a short collar on in v large size.
