usd dollar probably will have a hike interest rate in the last month of the year . but the point is the market know this and in the other word its price prepayment ! but in the short term , usd dollar has a very important news to release , and that the vote of tax cut plan that occurs the day after thanksgiving day . realy i do not optimistic about that and in my opinion , tax cut plan will not succeed , then we will have a weaker usd dollar , and a bearish wave ( wave 5 )
