GDAX (coinbase) closed all orders to do maintenance. When they started the market back up, the books were empty. Some people put market orders without realize the books had not populated. So a little bit of ETH got filled that high, not much. Also, with BTC, a little bit of bitcoin got sold at 6 cents. Again, very little and these wicks aren't really considered legit.
