Rising Wedge with Bearish Divergence. A break of the lower trendline in a convincing fashion, perhaps with increased volume, indicate a trend reversal, or a bearish continuation. Still, the reaction low at 1,08 may be a bounce level to retest such a breakout. A close above the wedge, and upward continuation will erase the pattern.
