One possible reason to short EURUSD is the double top.
If price pass the top of last 2 mth, we will use the trend line to find a new target again.

Thanks Vera. I would short this currency pair. It was the fundamentals which drove it above 0.618 fib, otherwise it would have formed a double tops as you inferred. Either way, it's ready to come down as the RSI suggests.
