@TorroGran, Often, when you talk about a "Take Profit", you mean a price level that you define in advance. In this regard, a "SELL Close" or "BUY Close" order is different, since, first you wait for the market to signal an exit, then you put a "limit" order at that price and you close your position. So, summorizing, yes, with a "SELL Close" you take profit because you sell to close your position in profit but usually in trading you mean "take profit" when you set a profit price in advance (often when you open the position) and we never do it.
