Regarding to the chart there are two possible scenarios one is bullish and the other one is bearish For me I will wait for the 4 hour candle to close to open either Long if closed above the highlighted areas and if ti closed lower than that area I will open a short position
In general it is still bullish unless it shifted to bearish
