GDX is not above the break-out signal level. Expecting Stoch RSI (and similar momentum indicators) to become embedded IF this is in fact a 3rd wave. I've taken several alternative counts off the chart. The blue 1-2 seems highly unlikely at this point, but I left it alone for now. Over the 100% extension of green i-ii it'll come off as well. The "resistance" box was my breakout signal. Above 28ish. That region is now support which, in a 3rd wave, ideally shouldn't be revisited for a long, long time.

I see. Because in your original language, you said "not above the break-out", I guess you meant "now"...
