According to my patchwork strategy I'm formulating (think of it as alpha phase) I'm attempting to take out the human analysis portion (probably not possible) in order to make an automated strategy which closely matches my trading habits.
Here GE would have a stop-limit buy (which would move daily via the automated script)

@Stef_Gee, To be fair, this is a low risk scenario in my eyes -- selling covered calls and enjoying the dividend payments makes it seem fairly safe.
For the more advanced traders - this is probably a great time to acquire by cash secured puts (instead of the trailing-stop)

@nukenowakowski, You know what ? You're maybe right for this one,who knows. But in my opinion, we have so many choices in the markets, I prefere buying the "already" bullish trends :)

@Stef_Gee, Thats fair boss. I think with the use of the stop buy at a 23% retracement, I have a good chance of collecting a decent upward trend. I'm not a fan of catching a falling knife either, but if we see it turn around, I think my points from above make for a compelling scenario for ownership.

A basket of stocks with dividends seated in the Waste Management field with good fundamentals while keeping to this new strategy (again I don't know how well it works or if it does).
