I see that there is a triangle pattern forming starting from Feb 6th. What I feel is that alt market is pretty scared right now, and they are all watching BTC. I am more inclined to analyze just the BTC chart for a while. If we see more bullish signals there, I think ICX/BTC price will increase too.
