ICX needs volume. While it is a fantastic project and amazing fundamentals attributed to it, it is craving volume to break up. This is the lowest of the low, if you're thinking big picture with ICX. It's bounced very well on the 23.6% fib retracement (2800 satoshi). Only days will tell...
PS - I didn't clean the graph up completely, so ignore a couple of test trend lines drawn. Though the direciton is constant..... down. ;)
