Also, we cannot trade in dollars in Bitrex. Do you advise to tradem this in BTC at Bittrex or in Dollars at Poloneix?

@asdfghghj, hi, it's difficult to say time,it's a long term trade, just can suppose it might be in 02.2018 or 06.2018, I trade on Bittrex and bought it on btc. I always use altcoins/usd chart, it's more informative for me. Don't know btcusd rate in future, so when see it 1.8 usd, will sell through btc again. Suppose there will be wave 3.
