But look at the volume compared to the other bull runs.....isn't that a bullish sign?

@TheTechnique, Well the volume was due to Litecoin's spotlight on its SegWit adoption. As well as the general popularity and attention that all the Altcoins are getting, as more and more money come into the markets.
You also have to realize the concept of the BTC value vs. USD value. As Bitcoin continues to rise, the altcoins will decrease in BTC value, if it stays at the same USD price, or even rise in USD value of small amounts. The Altcoins will have to maintain the same percentage increase as Bitcoin continuously in order the stay at the same BTC value. Or increase at a continuous higher percentage than bitcoin to increase in BTC value.
You just have to keep in mind the difference between BTC Value and USD value.
