@sifeij, yes that is really strange. Usually huge arbitrary is due to high transaction cost/ fees. In this case strange things are going on. The domain btc-e.com was seized ... There seems to be a new domain "btc-e.nz" and this one redirects to wex.nz. Strange is that prices on wex.nz are much higher than coinbase.
Will do some research if and how this difference can be leveraged. I Will write a Blog-Post on my Blog about this topic.

@stefcom, the last data point is from the 25. July, because the exchange went down on that day. You should better use another exchange for your analysis.
