we have target by Fibonacchi:

1) 1000$ (2,618 Fibo and High points - november 2013 § december 2017)
2) 1338$ (3,618 Fibo and something projection with july 2015 § august 2017 § support 2018)
3) 3000$ (8,236 Fibo and upper bound of the ascending channel)

1000$ / 79000$ = 0,0127 (LTC\BTC)
1338$ / 79000$ = 0,0169 (LTC\BTC)
3000$ / 79000$ = 0,0380 (LTC\BTC)

i will remind you that ATH - LTC/BTC = 0,052
79000*0,052 = 4108 $
