SLTC formed a 3 year base in its low range on very quiet volume. January 2013, the stock moved out of this base range on low volume. This is a very good signal. The stock is still in very strong hands.
This stock should rise at least 200% because of the solid base it formed. This is a long-term play, the only way I like to invest.
