The middle and lower indicators on your chart actually show bullish divergence, instead of bearish divergence.

@protoplasmictraveler, That's bullish. If the price makes higher high while oscillator makes lower high, it's bearish.

It's a nittygritty detail, but technically you've pointed out a HIDDEN bearish divergence instead of a REGULAR bearish divergence.
It's definitely not a bullish divergence like @dragonus and @sureshpoudel say.
