It’s not for praying – it’s for Zen
A 5AM run in the darkness
The foggy stars and cosmic wind again
The sun comes out and it’s clear
The choice of another day
To be creative or to be cremated
A black & white decision – never gray
The pond is quiet in the morning
The Sun will dissipate the fog
Creative Zen is my desired essence
A lot of dreaming for a little frog
The exercise is simple and effective

Then trade the opposite of the presented target
