Why? because the fed is going to raise rates this year and/or the looming threat of an "imminent" rate hike will only continue to put downward pressure on bonds. Recently we've seen some relief due to technicals, an oil sell off, and flight to safety from a China scare. So take advantage of the current pps in TLT and go short.
