On the 4H the trend of the VMA is hot and sharp for the north. This leads me to think that your green band is probable.

@chris_ford, I'd hold on Sunday evening UK time. Reason: The Yen has been unusually weak in last few weeks across most pairs, partly because US Stock Markets have been pushing madly north. But see non-traditional sources, where the fallout from Mueller could pop out any time soon. If that happens US Markets go south and Yen goes north. Although the VMA is s* hot price is into an important structure area on the 4H. So I don't need to take the chance. Call me chicken - it's about knowing when to stay out and watch.
