Price been seen ranging/consolidating downwards within a descending triangle price action pattern hitting and bouncing off the support couple of times. A tremendous market retest at the support level couldn't give the bears enough power to attempt breaking downwards but rather bulls came in an shifted/reversed the mrkt upwards leading to a continuous breakout above the resistence of the descending triangle..so price is rarrying above the breakout zone and bulls are in control now
