I read somewhere that during New Moons Prices of Silver goes up..
I'm going to take the risk and enter this trade.

SL=20.350
Target=21.00

Dang it went up a bit after hitting my freaking SL. Today is the day, I'm guessing it will go up even further

I am not sure. I am just going to wing it. In any case the SL is in place so it's no big deal :)
