i recommend not shorting gold.
1. US dollar is getting destroyed due to the 1.3 tril bill coming
2. Gold trades inversely to USD usually
3. Monthly chart looks like its going up, Monthly> Day
4. Also investors will begin to shift into gold as a safe haven during this turbulent time for the market
