Let's first jump in. There is a lot to learn from this chart. We are here taking a look at the 2h XRPUSD Chart. D4 has told you many times about Ripple and the bearish divergence. I warned you 2 times a couple of weeks ago.
Suddenly we were standing in the opposite situation. As you can see on the chart, an ascending triangle was taking form. I want you to take notice of the candle sticks, how we didn't manage to make higher highs. In fact if go from wick to wick, we made lower highs.
BUT.. Please pay attention to the MACD and the RSI, how we here managed to maker higher highs AND higher lows. That is what we call bullish divergence, which is.. yes.. a bullish pattern. Everything were finally starting to look o.k. for Ripple, but then, as we all know we had one of these insane price drops from Bitcoin, which totally ruined everything.
So now what? And will it happen again? Ripple has lately just been continuing going sideways, ranging a bit, due to the uncertainty with Bitcoin, and we are seeing the exact same pattern with all the other top altcoins. They are all waiting for Bitcoin to show them directions.
