The coin is ...seen as an easy pump quick cash coin, the adoption is slow, and they are weighed down by outside forces unlike other top coins, they do have quick transactions, but stellar and other coins fill the gap that ripple tries to, This be whale territory, as such, prediction is *obvious after the fact.
Keeps on waiting, for the peaks of other coins to recede before pumping, last one wins mentality.

@TimDeleeuw, I just tried to move ripple out of bittrex to shapeshift, there is a restriction placed for ripple to non holding ripple wallets by bittrex, I definitely think news of adoption will help move the price up, I have bank of america and they have zelle, the ah ha moment /* should make us all buy ripple, but until a group not connected with ripple of >20 people/connections goes, oh of course we use ripple, as of now it is still sudo-fringe and should hesitate to #cryptomartyr.
