Im pretty sure on a downtrend you compare bottoms, and im pretty sure the price just showed two lower bottoms while the RSI showed two higher bottoms, which is a classic bullish divergence.

@DELPHIN2M, during retracements in a downtrend you can use hidden divergence which show a lower low in price but higher price in indicator so a hidden bearish divergence in this case.
We should wait to see if XRP succeed in breaking the trend line + the 1st resistance, I'll become bullish in this case
