you can see the same pattern when it first topped out at .0144k but it just went side ways. What makes you think it won't just do that again?

I believe it will have a solid run up. Bitcoin Private fork snapshot happening on 2/28 will bring a lot of hype and FOMO buyers. Bittrex will support this fork, the results would depend on when they announce it. 1:1 for every ZCL to BTCP, same goes for BTC holders. BTCP will arguably be the most legit fork compared to Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold. BTCP will likely be a top 50 coin maybe even top 10-20 in the long term. It will make sense for BTC users to buy a bunch of ZCL instead to claim more BTCP because at this price I think it is still undervalued.
