The DAX Index Opens 0.91% Lower

In Frankfurt, the DAX Index is losing 211 points.

Losses were led by Siemens Energy (-7.05%), Rheinmetall (-3.94%) and Infineon (-2.54%).

Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Deutsche Boerse (1.82%), Deutsche Telekom (1.33%) and Qiagen NV (0.93%).
