This indicator is designed to pick up changes in volatility before it happens. It also shows current volatility, as price action drops the blue lines contract. The script uses the blue lines to locate spikes in volatility.
Example of dump revealing itself with plenty of notice.
Here large changes in price action are shown when the white lines spike. Traders can get a heads up on any pump or dump a few candles before it happens.
This example shows a low volatility channel vs high volatility channel. The blue lines expand as price range increases.
Trends can be discovered by studying the patterns.

@veryfid, I will check it out. I got a decent idea of how it works but have always found this very interesting. Wish more people were open minded when it comes to things like this. Was just reading something on here someone using sacred frequencies such as earth resonance to create EMA ribbons... Looked good. Curious to see if it works. Audio is nothing more then then wavelengths or waveforms as is light and everything, I believe has a frequency to it. Somewhere in there is the key to everything but way too advanced for me. I just find it all very interesting. Sorry about the last message it must have cut my text or this keyboard is dying.

@Z3R0-G3N3S1S, Funny enough it all comes back to parallel channels. Everything else is like fib lines and ema is just fluff that is built from channels. The article will explain it. Using digital signal processing it is easy to pinpoint the exact moment the charts explode and see it coming a mile away. Check out my telsa coil indicator and SR strength indicator. It will tell you it is about to boom. Using analog signal processing also gets results, check out my mechanical switch detector. Good luck!

I get that. Never put a lot of stock in fibs except for finding areas of interest. That's about what I draw at each new swing high to low that is formed. That is mean reversion or a form of it which works great for currencies and anything in this market condition now if I am not mistaken? How does it work in a strong bullish market, especially on crypto assets with explosive upside potential? Linear Regression/std deviation? Just wondering your take on it? Thanks for your time.

Hey, Awesome technique buddy. Absolutely new approach to analyze stuff. One question, what should be our entry exit points? The area where the white line spike mouth closes? or is at its peak or where the signal is generated for regular or hidden bullish?
