Low spreads. Somehow, I only had access to trade 'institutional symbols' at first, which have very high spreads. The problem was solved through customer service, but they never told me why my account was set up like that and never notified me that there was something wrong with it in the first place. I wouldn't have stayed on this platform if I hadn't sent them a couple of emails to complain. Their customer service is good tho.
