#ANKR Is it priming for a move up?

With all the nonsense of Doge, and the insane climb of ETH, could ANKR and other cryptos be priming for a move up? My gut feeling is that Industry (and whales), want to make as much money on Crypto as possible before the Biden Capital Gains crew implements insane taxes. So what are they waiting for? Something isn't right. Either we dump (and hard) or we make new ATHs across the board? What's the delay?
