To increase the probability of a zone we add one more fib extension and pay attention to the confluence zones, Second break of a trendline with a similar angle in the past. Third RSI in the bear zone and below the averages at the zone. All these were present before the stock tanked.
Right now the stock is taking support at 38.2%. This is indicating strength. I need one strong candle from here to confirm my view.
