BANK NIFTY dollar effect?
1)It appears strengthening of dollar is having adverse impact on Indian stock market.
2)FII withdrawal may continue if DXY continue to rise further incidentally it has over taken it's recent high after bouncing from 200 dma
3)Bank nifty is right on the median line Stochiastic is in over sold condition. No divergence is there
4)Two day's back divergence could generate only one strong green candle but no follow up buying took place.
5)It is to be seen if it holds the median line or not if it does not there may be further selling( in some cases reversal takes place from median line)
6)Today it bounced once from the median line but again pulled back to it.
7) As sochiastich is in over sold condition selling is not advisable right at the beginning.
