BANKNIFTY as discussed yesterday that index may show some fall below yesterday's low. Index gave more than 280 points fall from the level. It was easy to trade. RR was too good in this trade.
Now coming to tomorrow's trade setup. Index has closed almost flat today indicating this zone as a consolidation zone. We will short again below 36770. We will short aggressively again below 36500 only as it is a strong demand zone as of now (36500-36550). 36500 has the highest OI buildup.
And 37000 has the highest OI in the Call side.
And index has corrected from this level only.
Range is 37000 and 36500.
Wait for breakout or breakdown of this range.
