BANKNIFTY, SIDEWAYS BEARISH
Based on trendline levels which have been respected in the past and long term support & resistance levels, it seems BankNifty is likely to remain sideways to bearish in short-term perspective with probable correction upto 49800 to 48000 range.

Touched low of 49748 on 8th Aug and made LL-LH structure, thus expecting another LL at 49000, however, 49385-49285 is strong support zone
