BAT\BTC (Y19.P1.E1).Alts have reached their peak

It seems many of the ALTs have come to known resistance points. Eg. BAT.
Question that comes to mind, is this when BTC dominance kicks in? or is BTC to go more sideways and the ALTs continue to rise?
Hence why I'm watch this pivotal point.
