The BCHUSD rate has not yet come out of the flat.
Priority of the day: neutral position on BCHUSD.
The long pause of Bitcoin Cash's rate near the level of 700 speaks about the uncertainty of the market: there is a struggle between buyers and sellers. We believe that the Bitcoin Cash rate will rise to $ 800.
But, other scenarios are possible.
Projected scenarios:
1. The BCHUSD rate will rise from $ 700 to $ 800.
2. The BCHUSD rate will drop from $ 700 to $ 600.

Naturally, Bitcoin Cash rate may be in flat for another day.
