50% retracement broken invalidating a dead cat bounce

Market cipher printing a buy signal, but you need a 20/50 cross to backtest and hold for con't towards ath and breakout.
Expecting some resistance at .886, support at .702, and then con't.
Lose the .5 and .382 for invalidation.
*Note: need the Total Market and SPX to do the same for a breakout, its inching closer.
