This is a chart of ALT Dominance (1-BTC*D) in the CryptoCurrency MktCap, I make a case for a bullish perspective on alts (which have been in an accumulation pattern for a while now) by watching an Inverse H&S formation (or a normal H&S formation on BTC*D). I drew the neckline judging by the fib retracement, which makes even more sense considering it visited 0.618 as most retracements do in this sphere.
