BTCUSD US/EU Brinks Stop Hunt Low 3 Failed Attempts

BTC has Tried and Failed to Break Below the Main November 22nd Brinks Ranges 3 times today and it looks to be Defending it. Based off that one could assume that we are Bullflagging and preparing to make a move up towards last week's high at a minimum.
